Michael Termini is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership, business development, and nonprofit management experience. As Chief of Staff at Brighton Marine’s Uniformed Services Family Health Plan, he drives strategic initiatives supporting military families and veterans nationwide. Previously, Michael held senior leadership roles at the American Society of International Law and the Government Accountability Project, where he oversaw global programs, operations, and development. A certified Chief of Staff through Harvard Business School, Michael also holds certifications in Executive Leadership, Lean Six Sigma, Strategic Organizational Leadership, and Conflict Management. Deeply committed to servant leadership, he mentors emerging Chiefs of Staff and serves on multiple nonprofit boards advancing public interest missions worldwide.

Owen Maciel

Owen Maciel is a leadership and strategy consultant specializing in executive performance, digital transformation, and organizational growth. As founder of C-Suite Success, he partners with corporate leaders to align business strategy with scalable results and high-performing team cultures. Owen holds a master’s degree in Leadership and a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from Merrimack College, where he accelerated through his studies and began consulting at age 20. With a background spanning engineering, sales, and technical operations, Owen brings a uniquely analytical and entrepreneurial approach to leadership consulting—helping organizations drive clarity, efficiency, and long-term success.
